Frances is both an experienced executive and consultant. In a career that spans almost three decades she has been a leader within and a consultant to: Fortune Global 500 firms, not-for-profit enterprises, trade associations, private and public health systems, and ministries of health and social services.

She has worked internationally with healthcare, technology, communications, media, and financial services companies. Frances’ global experience includes having lived and worked in both Japan and Hong Kong as well as extensive work across Latin America.

Today, Frances’ work as an organizational consultant and leadership coach fuses business science, systems theory, and depth psychology to transform organizations, teams and leaders. She is recognized for leading transformative change that delivers tangible business results.
